Author block
- Author block: This is a moocfi content-page specific component that is used for adding a short description or synopsis of the authors involved in creating a specific page of the course. The description involves a photo and a short text of the relevant authors.
- In the CMS editor add a new block called "Authors" to a page
- At this point, you will see a placeholder image and text inside the component
- Click on the placeholder image and subsequently click on the upload button to add the author's image (Author image: width 250px and height 223px)
- Replace the placeholder text "Insert author's bio text..." with the brief author's description
- If they are more than one author on the page; click on the whitespace under the picture to reveal a "+" icon (if the "+" icon is not already visible)
- Click on the "+" icon to add an "AuthorInnBlock" and add the photo and description of the author.
- An author block is not a sponsor block
- Author block is not a versatile component; that is, it can not be used for any other purpose apart from its core functionality.
