Real Time Decision Making

Hello, 

is it possible to implement real time decision making with MATSim?

What i want is to run an algorithm in the background which calculates, based on the positions of the different agents, where each agent should go → i want to change the destination of each agent in real-time.

I'm just getting to know MATSim but before i continue to put more time and effort into it i would like to know if MATSim is suited for what i need.

I hope you guys can answer my question
