  • Lennart discussed recent changes to the GRIB2/issues/173
  • The team discussed the plan for updating GRIB code table 4.2 and prefers to have the table change in between fast-track proposal
  • Jeff Ator introduced new ocean and ice parameters GRIB2/issues/222
  • Sebastien introduced GRIB2/issues/224, GRIB2/issues/225, GRIB2/issues/226
  • Chris and Martin introduced their request for map GRIB to ISO 19111 Issue 187; a decision on how to move forward - see notes

  • Marijana introduced CCT issues 163 and 164, there was a discussion on practices for introducing proposals codes for instruments/satellites maintained by satellite agencies

    • Team discussed how represent radiosondes that were reused and a new issue can be opened to address this if needed
  • Sebastien showed his approach in GRIB issue 221

    • 1.5-month window for final WMO adoption and publication
  • **15 May ** - operational date (we are planning on releasing the machine-readable codes earlier)
