Status report on the development of updated DAYCLI sequence (Issue 51)

  • The team will review the draft new sequence of DAYCLI.

Conclusion of remaining issues for FT2021-1 and summary

The team will review and conclude the following issues of GRIB2.

Editorial changes submitted to FT2021-1

  • The Secretariat will present editorial changes that were identified by the copyeditor during the publication process and will be submitted to FT2021-1 for approval as editorial changes.
  • This procedure will keep consistency between contents of the official Manual (PDF version) and tables on Github.

Discussion on Github status management

Proposal for Managing Status for BUFR, GRIB and CCT

  • The Secretariat will present the proposal for managing status relying on Github workflow and for managing Github branch.
  • The team will discuss the proposal.
  • The team will discuss the future of "non-operational", "experimental", and "pre-operational" status. (Points will be added.)

Tentative schedule for FT2021-2

  • One 1-1.5 hour meeting to confirm schedule: April 20
  • Deadline for submission of proposals: April 30
  • Two 2-hour meetings to review new proposals: May 11-12
  • Two 2-hour meetings to conclude the proposals: June 8-9/15-16
  • Deadline for validation (if not completed by the meeting above): July 9
  • One additional meeting to finalize remaining issues if necessary: July 13
