   1. We need a "Data Management Plan"
      1. Where is the data stored.
      2. How long do we keep it?
      3. How is the data scrubbed if someone requests to be removed.
   2. We need language at the top of the form clearly explaining what we're asking for and how it will be used.
      1. We need to be especially clear about what we'll do with your email if you give it to us.
