Object Viewing

To view an object you must have view permissions on the form that the object was created on.

Viewing an Object does not Lock the object from editing. This allows for multiple users to view objects without preventing other people from editing and working on them, and also provides a safe way for people with edit permissions to an object to view the data without accidentally modifying the data.

If you have edit permissions on an object you can switch to the editor view by clicking on the "Edit Object" link in the upper right hand corner of the view window.
