Dashboard

Dashboard provides an overview of the MFCS to the system administrator and verified users. The dashboard is extendable and can be customized. The following are the default categories of information available:

System Counts: Lists the number of objects and forms in the system. Also informs the objects in the production vs objects in the development.

Fixity Information: Fixity lists the number of user checksums computed, files without checksums and files with failed checksums.

File Types Counts, by Form: Different file types counts are enlisted under respective forms they are .

File Types Total Counts: Overall file types handled by the system are listed

Drive Space Information: MFCS also presents the information about the storage statistics. It allows administrators and system level users to manage the available space.

Virus Information: Virus statistics are also presented, this information shows the number files that have been identified as virus by the employed scanners.
