Meeting: Career Services Platform Project
Discussion Date: 05/08/2023

  • Raviraj Bhaveshbhai Savaliya, Project Manager + Scrum Master

  • Kenish Halani, Quality Assurance + Subject Matter Expert

Agenda:

  1. Check the progress of the current sprint.
  2. Enhancing the application
  3. Performing the UAT
  4. Preparing the application for deployment

**Meeting Proceedings: **

  1. Check the progress of the current sprint: The team reviewed the current Sprint Backlog and discussed the progress made on the sprint goals. Umang and Ravi facilitated the discussion and ensured alignment with the defined sprint objectives.

  2. Enhancing the application: The team focused on enhancing and improving the application. All the additional features to be integrated.

  3. Performing UAT: Kenish and Dvij to perform UAT to make sure the application fulfills user requirement and validates that whatever is required is being delivered.

  4. Preparing the application for deployment. Application will be tested and then deployed for the user.

Action Items:

  • The team will work on addressing any user feedback and making final refinements to the features.
  • All the team members will actively participate in the improvement of the application.
  • Kenish and Dvij will set the UAT for the application.
  • Chetan, Umang and Urvish will prepare the application for deployment and launch.

Meeting Adjourned: The meeting adjourned at 4:00pm. The next meeting will be scheduled for the final project review and preparations for deployment.
