Meeting: Career Services Platform Project
Discussion Date: 31/07/2023
Time: 7:00pm - 7:30pm EST
Location: Google Meet

Attendees:

  • Chetan Sajjansharan Panchal, Frontend Developer
  • Raviraj Bhaveshbhai Savaliya, Project Manager + Scrum Master

  • Kenish Halani, Quality Assurance + Subject Matter Expert

Agenda:

  1. Check the progress of the current sprint.
  2. Finalization of the CI/CD Pipeline.
  3. Issues and Bug Fixing
  4. Plan for implementation of additional features
  5. User acceptance testing and feedback collection

Meeting Proceedings:

  1. Check the progress of the current sprint: The team reviewed the current Sprint Backlog and discussed the progress made on the sprint goals. Dvij and Ravi facilitated the discussion and ensured alignment with the defined sprint objectives.

  2. Finalization of the CI/CD tool: Chetan will work on the CI/CD pipeline and will make sure everything works fine and well.

  3. Issues and Bug Fixing: Kenish reported on the comprehensive testing process and any issues that were identified. The team discussed and resolved the remaining bugs and errors.

  4. Planning the Implementation of the additional features: Team discussed the implementation of additional features and then tried to find optimized ways of implementing in in the next sprint.

  5. User acceptance testing and feedback collection: Umang and Urvish conducted user acceptance testing with a select group of users to gather feedback on the new features. The team discussed the feedback and planned for further improvements.

Action Items:

  • The team will work on addressing any user feedback and making final refinements to the features.
  • Chetan will work on CI/CD and make sure the build is generated and deployed.
  • The team will perform a final code review and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Umang, Urvish and Chetan will work on the implementation of the additional feature.
  • Kenish will test the features using automation and Manual Testing Techniques.
  • The team will prepare for the platform's deployment and launch.

Meeting Adjourned: The meeting adjourned at 7:30pm. The next meeting will be scheduled for the final project review and preparations for deployment.
