Meeting Proceedings:

  1. Team members' area of expertise:
    During this discussion, each team member provided an overview of their specific area of expertise. Chetan specializes in frontend development, Umang is experienced in full-stack development, Urvish is proficient in backend development, Dvij is the software architect, and Kenish brings expertise in quality assurance and subject matter knowledge. The team acknowledged the importance of effective collaboration and knowledge sharing across different areas of the project.

  2. Boilerplate code and code repository setup:
    The team decided to prepare boilerplate code for the project. Umang and Urvish were assigned to lead this task collaboratively. They agreed to use a version control system (e.g., Git) for code management. Chetan and Dvij would assist in setting up the code repositories and ensuring proper version control practices.

  3. Creating issues and assigning tasks:
    To streamline the development process, the team agreed to create issues for each specific task or user story. Raviraj, as the Project Manager and Scrum Master, will be responsible for creating and organizing these issues on the project management platform. Each issue will be assigned to the relevant team member based on their expertise.

  4. UI/UX element design finalization and architecture flow:
    The team scheduled a separate meeting with Dvij Barot, the Software Architect, and Umang, the Frontend Developer, to discuss and finalize the UI/UX element designs and the overall architecture flow of the platform. This collaborative effort aims to ensure a well-integrated and user-friendly interface.

  5. Identifying potential risks during development:
    The team conducted a risk assessment session, where each member shared their insights regarding potential risks that may arise during the development process. They identified factors such as external API dependencies, and time constraints as critical areas to address. Raviraj insisted on pre-testing and minimizing risk.

  6. Seamless integration between backend and frontend code:
    The team recognized the significance of a smooth integration process between the backend and frontend codebases. Umang and Urvish would lead this effort, working closely with Chetan and Dvij to ensure a cohesive and well-functioning application.

Next Steps and Action Items:

  1. Umang and Urvish will prepare the boilerplate code collaboratively and set up the code repositories.
  2. Raviraj will create issues on the project management platform and assign them to respective team members based on their expertise.
  3. Dvij Barot and Kenish will meet to finalize the UI/UX element designs and architecture flow.
  4. Raviraj will maintain a risk register and devise mitigation strategies for potential risks.
