2.4 Adding new drawings

The following applies to ALL users when adding drawings:

• A user can decide whether to remain anonymous when adding a drawing
• A user can cancel the creation of a drawing in order to exit the upload screen
• A user can revoke the consent to share the image on open source data platforms if the artist wishes
• A user can decide to mark a drawing ‘pending’ (if not complete)
• A user can choose whether to display a pending drawing (though other users sharing some login may be able to see/edit it)
• A user is able to make multiple edits to a drawing before marking it ‘complete’
• A user can decide to mark a drawing ‘complete’
• A user can revert the status of a ‘complete’ drawing to ‘pending’ at any point
