2.3 Managing drawings: upload and edit

Super user - can do the following within ANY organisation:

• Can add drawings
• Can add mandatory and optional data on drawings
• Can remove drawings e.g. duplicates (archive or delete?)
• Can edit data on any pending drawings
• Can edit data on any completed drawings
• Can undertake DP activities e.g. remove child's (artist's) name?

Org admin - can do the following within THEIR OWN organisation:

• Can add drawings
• Can add mandatory and optional data on drawings
• Can remove drawings (archive or delete?)
• Can edit data on any pending drawings
• Can edit data on any completed drawings
• Can undertake DP activities e.g. remove child's (artist's) name?

Org user - can do the following within THEIR OWN organisation:

Note: This is currently similar to what an Org admin can do

• Can add drawings
• Can add mandatory and optional data on drawings
• Can remove drawings (archive or delete?)
• Can edit data on a pending drawing
• Can edit data on a completed drawing
