Notes on Business Rules for Draw My Life API service

This document set is designed to capture and expand on business and system rules for the API as it develops.

Treat this as a living document. Assumptions are likely to change over time, following strategy work with partners and feedback from pilots.

We should ideally mark a rule 'complete' when it has been validated.
