| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Behandelend ambtenaar | The civil servant responsible for making and adjusting certain policies |
| Ambtelijk opdrachtgever | The civil servant responsible for coordinating a set of changes in policies. |
| Portefeuillehouder | The provincial executive that, as a respresentative of the people, is ultimately responsible for a large number of policies. |
| Functioneel beheerder | The administrator that is responsible for making sure everyone can use the system accordingly (not responsible for policy content). |
| Super-user | The user that is allowed to make changes to certain policies so that the content remains up-to-date. |
| Technisch beheerder | Technical administrator responsible for making sure the system works technically. |
