Animations

This tab controls elements of the Randomisation process that affect animation elements. These being the player PKGs in player.arc and the Event XNMs in event_data.arc, as well as the Event Camera XNDs.

Shuffle Gameplay Animations

Takes the various character animations specified in each player's PKG and shuffles them between themselves. Animations can't go to another character due to how Ninja models work.

Use All Animations

Changes the Gameplay Animation Randomiser's behaviour to search the appropriate player archive for animations and use those, instead of only getting ones defined in the player pkg, this allows unused animations (such as Sonic's leftover TGS animations) to be included in the process.

Include Event Animations

This option is not recommended to be enabled due to event animations frequently being long, and certain gameplay animations being forced to play out before restoring control to the player

Adds the character's cutscene animations to the Gameplay Animation Randomiser, allowing them to be included in the process.

Shuffle Event Animations

Takes the character animation files used in cutscenes and shuffles them. Giving characters animations from their appearances in other cutscenes.

Shuffle Event Facial Animations

Takes the character animation files used for lip-syncing and facial expressions in cutscenes and shuffles them. Giving characters mouth and facial movements from their appearances in other cutscenes.

Shuffle Event Cameras

Takes the camera animation files used in cutscenes and shuffles them, changing the angles and movements the camera makes in various scenes.

Randomise Animation Framerate

Randomises how fast an animation will play, configurable in the Minimum and Maximum Numerical Selectors below.

Exclude Lights

Prevents Dyanmic Lights (such as the Aquatic Base alarm) from being affected by the Randomise Animation Framerate option.

T-Pose Animations

Causes all the rotation keyframes in player and cutscene animations to be stripped from none root nodes, causing the model to T-Pose for the animation's duration. The chance for this option to effect each given animation file can be adjusted with the Chance Numerical Selector below.

Retarget Event Animations

Takes cutscene models and animations and shuffles them around, causing character models to appear as another character's in cutscenes, with often horrific results.

Force Different Model

Forces that the model selected for the animation with the Retarget Event Animations option is a different model than the one the animation is intended for.
