This removes the functionality of following a path from the current position to the next position. If this is desired this should be done through the set_current flag from the path_planner.
The aircraft would never transisition waypoints when the planes for the transition were aligned. The normal vectors were opposites and created a situation where a dot product with a zero vector was performed.
This warning will allow the user to see if the waypoint will disallow filleting or dubins.

The Path manager has been updated to the newest algorithm and now handles the first waypoint correctly. Orbit last was also revamped.
In particular if you have input on how temp_waypoint_ was implemented or on how the orbit_last is implemented it would be more than welcome.
