ProgHist Ltd
The relationship between the Programming Historian and ProgHist Ltd is described on our 'About' page.
The current list of ProgHist Ltd Directors can be found on the Companies House website. They comprise of: the Project Development Team and the Managing Editors.
Directors attend and vote at Board of Directors Meetings.
Responsibilities of Directors are described in the Articles of Incorporation (filed 6 September 2019). Note that these include:
- Directors of ProgHist Ltd should ensure that when communicating in the capacity of a Director they include the Incorporated Name and Company Number in correspondence. For example:
