The following can be used as an 'off-boarding' Issue template

@editor is stepping down for the EN/ES/FR/PT team.

The following is a list of actions that need to be taken:

  • Reassign any open issues assigned to @editor (@managingeditor)
  • Remove from our Github organisation Jekyll (@ZoeLeBlanc)
  • Remove Write access to ph_submissions (@anisa-hawes)
  • Remove from ProgHist Ltd register of members (@drjwbaker)
  • Remove from the Project Team pages of our website (@anisa-hawes)
  • Remove Google Groups + social channels access (@anisa-hawes)
  • Review service integrations (@anisa-hawes)

Thank you for your contributions to Programming Historian. We wish you well, and hope you will keep in touch.

Notes: To remove from Project Team pages: Change team: true to team: false, and add team_end: YYYY to the _data/ph_authors.yml
