This is a massive refactor updating TRL to
0.2.0-next.2/ Svelte 4 from an alpha version of TRL0.0.23and Svelte 3.Besides updating TRL across the package I added new modal file picker capabilities for all file picker usage in AA.
I believe this PR can be merged without much concern. Though please do give AA a good look through / test.

0.2.0will be released on Wednesday (10/30/24). Before doing the next AA release wait to update to the final release of0.2.0. All you'll need to do is bump the version and recompile AA and updatemodule.jsonaccordingly on Wednesday.
