modPhred v1.0b

This version corresponds to revised version of the manuscript.

The changes include:

• added support for guppy ver >5 (via pyguppyclient v0.1.0)
• FastQ and FastM files are now stored in output/reads
• base qualities are optionally stored in BAM under OQ tag if -s / --storeQuals is specified
• intermediary files (FastQ/M) are removed if --cleanup is specified
• additional messages notifying that some intermediary files exist
• more extensive documentation
• Docker files and images for guppy 3.6.1 and 5.0.11
