What does this PR do?

  • Implement conditional rendering based on feature flags
  • Standardize button styling across navbar and footer
  • Improve modal layouts and button positioning
  • Add authentication checks for protected features
  • Enhance navigation item spacing and alignment
  • Updated "Bots" to "Robots Hub" in the NavBar
