Add Dockerfile.production to create a kernelci/pipeline Docker image suitable for production deployments in AKS. Add a new kernelci.toml file for the AKS deployment which gets installed into the Docker image accordingly. Signed-off-by: Guillaume Tucker <[email protected]>
