This PR adds a full implementation of the YDLIDAR X4 Pro. The majority of the code is similar to the X4's, except that the X4 Pro has no RX line. Commands are not supported. Additional X4 Pro-specific features implemented include interference flags (under the "quality" of a given reading) and CT packet scanning (provides device and health info).
I have tested all of the functionality and it appears to work as expected.
