Calibration settings

Once the app is running, it is important that the app settings for the calibration target match the physical properties of the target you're using.

The settings look a little bit different for each platform, but the principle is the same. Choose the type of target, the size (number of chessboard intersections, or number of circles in each row and column), and the spacing.

  • For the chessboard patterns, the spacing is the size of the side of each square in millimeters.

  • For the circles and asymmetric circles patterns, the spacing is the distance between each row and the next offset row (i.e. half the distance between the centers of circles in the same row). The value is printed on the PDF.
