Gather database connection details from command line remove -a option, for access to passwordless databases

what about if we keep $@ all args given and pass them as-is
./memtier.sh -s ... -p ... -a ...
for example and that would keep the args aligned to the memtier_benchmark syntax

true, though I went in the direction I did since the host/port format is what you can automatically put in your clipboard from the enterprise console so it's less of a manual edit to point it at a new database if that can be passed directly to the benchmark script.

No big deal though, I guess.
