To Do: Put these into their own issue tickets.

• Popular clippings in Clippings submenu. Should be configurable to show the clippings that are most frequently used on the current web page ("Popular in Current Page"), or "Popular Across All Pages". User should be able to control how many popular clippings to display; option between 1-10 clippings, default 5.
• Recently-used clippings in Clippings submenu. User should be able to control how many recent clippings to display; option between 1-10 clippings, default 5.
• If the above are implemented, add an "All Clippings" submenu that will show all the user's clippings and folders. The "New From Selection" and "Organize Clippings" submenu items should continue to appear in the root submenu.
• User should be able to turn on or off Popular and Recent Clippings from extension preferences. If both are turned off, Clippings submenu should appear as before.
• In Clippings Manager, make the notification bars (for can't undo, can't redo, no source web page address, etc.) automatically fade out after 5 seconds (issue #314).
• In Clippings Manager, get rid of the confirmation message box for the Remove Source Web Addresses action, and make this action undoable (issue #314).
• In Clippings Manager, rebuild the clippings tree instead of reloading the entire window (issue #314).
