5.0 beta 1 - feature freeze (COMPLETED)

• UI refresh: new overlay toolbar icon, new icons for the Clippings context menu, Clippings Manager, and extension preferences
• Options to include source web page addresses when exporting clippings, and remove all source web page addresses from any clippings that have them
• Fixed: label picker palette didn't display properly on Mac OS X

5.0 beta 2 - UI string freeze (COMPLETED) (upload this to Babelzilla for translation)

• Insert a clipping from the shortcut key listing dialog, if invoked from CTRL+ALT+V (issue #40)
• Improvements to icons, where needed
• Clippings Manager: improvements to action buttons on source web page address bar
• Clippings Manager: move menu options for hiding/showing of status bar, placeholder bar and source web page address bar into a new "Show/Hide" submenu of the Tools menu

5.0 beta 3 (COMPLETED)

• Remove usage of deprecated FUEL/STEEL library
• Fixes to UI bugs in New Clipping dialog, extension preferences window, and Clippings Manager
• Complete testing of upgrade from version 4.1.2
• Complete testing of clean installation
• Complete testing on Linux (Ubuntu)

5.0 release candidate - code freeze

• Turn off all debugging functionality
• Fixes for high-priority bugs
• Automatically use alternate colors for the toolbar icon that are compatible with dark-colored toolbar backgrounds
• Overlay icons for Firefox on Windows 10 (see issue #38)
• Updated localizations

5.0 - release to web

• Fixes for any blocker bugs
• Update sample clippings datasource with demos of 5.0-specific features
• Check in Inkscape graphic source files to SF repository
