Also remove corresponding schematron rules. (backported from commit 3ae6804)
The rules that retrieve another notice are currently not enforced by CVS, but they cause a significant delay for notices with a large number of lots. Remove most of those rules, and only keep a few that do not apply on each lot. (backported from commit 8d6d8e7)
Remove assert BR-BT-00743-0100 that required e-invoicing to be used from fields.json and schematron rules.
Backport the texts from SDK 1.10.1.
