This PR adds the ability to bulk approve and pay expenses/reports on the search page.

Tests

Pre-requisites:

1. 2 reports that can be approved with a single expense
2. 2 reports that can be approved with multiple expenses
3. 1 report that cannot be approved

Tests steps:

1. Navigate to the Search page, Expenses > All
2. Verify that you see the Approve button next to the 2 expenses that can be approved
3. Select both expenses that can be approved and 1 expense that cannot be approved
4. Press the 3 selected dropdown at the header
5. Verify that you do not see the Approve option
6. Deselect the report that cannot be approved (so you only have both reports that can be approved selected)
7. Verify that you do see the Approve option in the header 2 selected dropdown button
8. Select the approve option from the dropdown
9. Verify that the reports are approved
10. Repeat steps 1-9 for the Expenses > Outstanding page with the reports with multiple expenses

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)
• I verified all code is DRY (the PR doesn't include any logic written more than once, with the exception of tests)
