+## Principles of Experimental Design

+In these three episodes we will cover some principles of experimental design and their impact on your downstream statistical analysis:

+- Platform availability and choice
+- Replication and controls
+- Sequence coverage and depth
+- Statistical concepts including type I and type II errors, multiple testing and multiple testing correction.
