How NAND works:

Unlike Transistor, which has the entire low level system run on an arduino mega, NAND has a collection of microprocessors, each of which operates one of the subsystems. The microprocessors are LPC11C24's. The microprocessors are connected together and to the high level system through a CAN bus, allowing for all systems to be connected through a single bus.
