This command allows for the outputs to be in lower case.

Howdy, I'm looking to add the ability for dbt-osmosis to output values in lower case when using the parameter
--output-to-lower. I've also updatedcolumn_casingfor instances in Snowflake to prevent column casing modifications for instances where it starts and ends with quotes.
