Add automatic generation of translates nav to simplify addition of future translates, add De

Right now it is not possible to add a translation without having to edit all preexisting ones.
This feature Removes the problematic/rendundant section from translates and generates it automatically.

There is also a commit in this feature that adds german De translation.

Please let me know how you like this and if there's anything else to do for me @yoksel :)

While doing the changes I noticed that a recent language commit broke the live app.
Either merging the commit containing the fix or merging feature/automate-translates will fix the issue.
