Do you mean to reformat the notebooks into markdown, or add docs to refer to the examples? |

We shouldn't need to reformat them. It doesn't look like you have any notebooks left in the PR at the moment though. I'm thinking move them into the docs directory, and at least add a link to a toctree so they get rendered if not figure out how to weave them into the rest of the docs. |
