Yang IDE provides integration with M2E plugin.

Import maven project

Yang IDE uses standard M2E import project functionality in initialize Yang project with appropriate builders and validation.

Handle yang-maven-plugin lifecycle

Yang IDE handles yang-maven-plugin lifecycle and perform code generation of Yang files based on configured Source Code Generators in pom.xml. IDE also provides additional options to clean generated folder on Yang file changes.
