You might get a quicker response from IRC at #blogofobe on FreeNode, where the other developers hang out.
You'll need a plethora of Python interpreters (as defined in tox.ini), so make sure you've got those. ☺ pyenv is the easiest way to do so. I suggest the pyenv-implicit plugin so tox doesn't get confused about which point release to use.

Beyond this, we'll need to work on more difficult bugs which may or may not require more dramatic changes, thereby making for more dramatic changes to version.
