For the blessed ones out there who do not use en-US as their locale, this will fix an ATK -> GML conversion issue where floating point numbers would be written using commas instead of periods (Rivals always looks for periods regardless of locale). Have a nice day!

Patched out a bug with hurtbox generation erroneously occurring on files that don't have a hurtbox layer. That aside, nothing new for this release, folks. Sorry if I got your hopes up!

I've added GIF support for those of you beautiful people out there who prefer not to use Aseprite. Also fixed a bug with the Update button that caused it to sometimes delete the wrong files. Hopefully, nobody lost any progress from that!
