Robot Examples with integration tests or unit tests

Would it be a good Idea to put into the examples a GearsBot like robot with integration tests or unit tests to show how one might write test for their robot code. I know for myself seeing a working example is one of the best ways I learn.

Yes, and we've wanted to for a while. wpilib's build system isn't set up to actually run the tests as part of our CI pipeline though (to make sure the tests actually pass), and modifying the build system to support that doesn't look trivial.
