v2 improved audio via piper tts

this is huge update that changes a lot about how the program runs

Copy text -> "insert"
becomes
Copy text -> ALT + F2 for start

Improvement: stop actually works how i want it to.

CTRL + F2 for stop

NOTE ( my new computer hides the insert key :/ that is why it changed)

ultimate_tts_full_setup.zip includes everything to get going RECOMMENDED

ultimate_tts_light.zip downloads the files automatically on startup
