1.4.1 content is exactly the same as 1.4.0, except a clarification on Silabs EFR32xG23 linker script. In fact, if used with stack version 5.3.0.90 (EFR32xG23 865 MHz India maintenance release), the application can increase its RAM amount from 12KB up to 16KB. But with 5.3.0.89, limit remains at 12KB
