Open an issue with the name of the file which you are creation with a check list of functions/TODO/FIXME you are working on.

Example:

Issue # -1: clock.py

[ ] Creating main routine
[ ] Check include dependencies
[ ] Lint checking

As you progress move on don't forget to mark a "x" on you list

[X] Lint Checking
