Use os.homedir() instead of os.userInfo().homedir because it on self hosted runner the user's home directory might be null (at the os level) but the script/service running the self hosted runner might set the HOME variable instead.
This is specially useful if the system service controlling the self hosted Github runner is using
DynamicUser.
