FiDi DotSight: Refined scope for M3, updated address

This is a small update to the original PR corresponding to the following changes outlined in M1 delivery.

It includes:

1. An entity's address change.
2. Sub-milestones 2a, 2c are moved from M1 to M3.
3. Some clarification in the language of M3 (same scope) and M1 (the scope grew quite a bit and includes arbitrary data sources now).
