🌱 Update guest ID and cdrom.connected API docs

What does this PR do, and why is it needed?

This PR updates the guestID values link to the latest vSphere 8.0U3 version and adds the mapping to the required hardware versions.
It also updates the cdrom.connected doc to call out unmounting the device before disconnection, as noted in the linked KB article.

Which issue(s) is/are addressed by this PR?

Fixes N/A.
