This PR is intentionally converted to "draft" one.

Fixes the behavior for vioinput,vioserial,viosock,viorng,balloon
They will not appear under "Safely remove" even if they are
removable according to PCIe driver indication

Unfortunately, the changes failed the internal QA tests. As this is a relatively low-priority task compared to other activities and a workaround on the host side exists, the change is still on hold.

Closing. This is not just simple enablement. We need to ensure that the driver can work with multiple interrupts. Tracking in Jira.
