Python script to generate toolpaths to engrave raster images for Biesse CNC
It takes bitmap images and produces commands (bpp-code) for a Biesse CNC
machine to engrave that image onto a piece of material.
Piece data :
LPX - piece width, mm
LPY - piece height, mm
LPZ - piece, mm
Image data :
lenght - engraving lenght(width), mm
height - engraving height, mm
Milling data :
tool name - tool code from CNC database
work speed - milling tool speed of advance , mm/min
V-bit angle - angle of tool, deg
linear resolution - distance between successive bpp-code points, mm
depth - maximum engraving depth, mm
stepover - stepover percentage (affects spacing between lines), %
Programme data :
name - output file name without extension
max num lines - maximum number of lines in a bpp-file.
