I think i found main reason for flapping. Moving this PR to draft until i double check and add changes. |
@fitbeard could you share what you found why rocky is unstable like rocky :) ? |

@okozachenko1203 I'm lack of free time for a few last weeks to cleanup findings in kubernetes-sig/image-builder logic and push here. I'll try this weekend to move this rocky rock:) |

Force old fashion iptables because iptables binaries baked inside kube-proxy image can't correctly translate rules to nftables on EL9 host.
