Proposed changes

This PR merges the develop branch into main. This changes the repo such that only a bare minimum of the dependencies are being associated to the mech. The existing code and commits have been moved to mech-predict. This repo will serve as a guide to people looking to develop their own mechs and follow this as an example in the future.
