sigmund 64bit version

This release includes an update to the maxmsp package format and universal binaries for mac (intel and arm) and windows.

sigmund~ 64-bit version based on v0.07

This is a newly compiled version (osx/win) of the original sigmund~ object by Miller Puckette for MaxMSP, with a full 64bit signal path. This version is based on the original v0.07 from the Pure Data sources, so it also takes into account some little changes that were added after v0.05, the version the original port by Ted Apel was based on.
Unfortunately it will not be possible to build for Pure Data anymore from the same source files.

This is a newly compiled version (osx) of the original sigmund~ object by Miller Puckette for MaxMSP, with minimal changes to the original code. It runs in 64-bit mode, but internally still works with 32-bit precision.
