Project Props v2.1

1. Added more props in LS, LV, SF & Countryside
2. Fixes lots of floating props, removed weird placements
3. Improved some prop models & textures
4. Fixed issues with object.dat
5. Fixed crash with renderhook (Thanks Zen)
6. Probably also fixed a weird issue causing crash while loading save game
